Dermalift anti-aging cream review

Dermalift Cream Overview

The makers of Dermalift have taken a new approach to fighting the signs of aging. Rather than looking to fill wrinkles from above or plump them from below, Dermalift aims to remove wrinkles all together by providing the face with enough moisture to stretch and tighten, as it does in youth. Not only would this restore a youthful glow, but keep skin young-looking for years to come.

A Closer Look at Dermalift Anti-Aging Cream

This sounds like the ideal way to fight aging, but a closer look at the website reveals that there might be cracks in the foundation of Dermalift. The manufacturer information is nowhere to be found, despite thorough scouring over several of the product sites. On one such site, there is a seal representing the American Academy of Dermatology, founded in 1938, but there is no evidence of support from the Academy, or even an explanation as to why the seal is there.

The alleged science behind the claims that Dermalift makes seems potentially solid, but with no testing or trials, it is only a guess at best. The customer reviews on the Dermalift sites also seem very positive, but none of the purchases are verified. In fact, they seem to be entirely positive, which is suspicious at best. Even the best product in the world will still have a few iffy reviews; it is the nature of commerce. But not DermaLift.

Can this product really satisfy every single customer?
Dermalift anti-aging cream

There is not much proof either way on Dermalift, which is made even more mysterious by the fact that there is little to no purchase information for it. There is no price listed, no length of time for the “trial period”, which appears to be the only way to receive the product outside of Amazon. However, on Amazon, it is listed as temporarily out of stock, with no date for when it will potentially return.

There isn’t a list of ingredients on any of the sites either, though sources claim it contains a blend of nut oils and soy protein, along with known wrinkle battlers, Hyaluronic Acid and Retinol.

Positives

  • May help hydrate and moisturize dry skin
  • Might reduce the look of wrinkles
  • Can help restore collagen proteins

Negatives

  • Unclear ordering and pricing
  • Lack of testing
  • No confirmed ingredients list
  • Questionable authenticity

Dermalift Ingredients

While there is no stated, confirmed list of ingredients on the  Dermalift sites, they claim that the cream has “safe and effective ingredients,” including common skin care warriors like Hyaluronic Acid and Retinol. It also mentions several natural extracts, and proclaims that Dermalift itself is “all natural”. There is no proof of this, considering the lack of an ingredient list, though if it is true it would certainly be a boon for Dermalift. However, there is an ingredient list on the back of the product container itself, and some of the additives are definitely less than “all natural” as Dermalift previously claimed.

Hyaluronic Acid

This beauty booster is having one heck of a year. Our bodies make Hyaluronic Acid naturally, mostly in our skin, eyes, and connective tissues. It helps to lubricate joints and relieve dry eyes already in our bodies, thanks to its hyper moisturizing properties. Studies are also underway to see the potential for bone strengthening effects as well. On our skin, Hyaluronic Acid locks in moisturizer, preventing skin from drying out and prolonging a youthful look. 1

Retinol

Another incredibly popular skin care ingredient is this Vitamin A derivative. It boosts collagen production and plumps the skin, which is useful in achieving a younger look. However, its presence, or alleged presence, is interesting here in that Dermalift proclaims this is exactly what it doesn’t want to do. It says it doesn’t plump the skin superficially for a quick fix, and yet, that is what Retinol is best known for. 2

Black Tea Extract

Any tea-drinker will tell you that sipping a cup of the black stuff is fantastic for your body, but it also has benefits for your skin. It is chock full of antioxidants, which fight free radicals that typically break down collagen. In theory, this should protect skin as well and help to reduce the formation of fine lines on the skin.

Grape Seed Extract

This extract is a perfect vehicle for Vitamin E, which is superb at moisturizing skin. It also comes with the added benefit of antioxidants and linoleic acid. It is non-comedogenic, meaning it won’t cause pores to clog and result in blackheads or whiteheads, even on those with sensitive skin. It is said to have positive effects in fading scars and lightening dark circles as well.

Directions: How to Use Dermalift Anti-Aging Cream

This product has no recommendations for use, but as with any new skin cream, the safest course of action is to perform a patch test on an easily hidden spot of skin at least 24 hours prior to use. If no irritation occurs, then use as part of a daily skin care regimen after cleansing and washing the face in the mornings.

The Final Word on Dermalift Anti-Aging Cream

If Dermalift can do everything it claims, it could be a game changer in the beauty industry. But with so many secrets, we have to wonder just what it is hiding. The ingredient list if iffy, the price point is unknown, and the “trial period” is indeterminate. This product is the definition of a gamble, and while sometimes those do pay off, our skin isn’t the place for reckless risk-taking.
